Impression Very Good. Nicely done "bokashi" shading to roof, water, cartouche, and sky; some "mica" added to upper black band; nicely visible "woodgrain" to sky and water; highly detailed carving.
Condition Good++. Good colors, some fading. Small repairs at edges; minor soiling and marks.

Comments From Hiroshige's most celebrated series, a highly sought-after snow image. Unique visible "woodgrain" pattern confirms printing done via original blocks. (See related article #4: on authentication of prints.
