Impression |
Very Fine. Skillfully executed "bokashi" shading to feathers, branch, and background; "gauffrage" to
snow-covered limbs; visible woodgrain to grey sky; nicely over-splashed with "gofun" pigments as falling snow;
highly detailed carving, crisp lines. (Tiny "Made in Japan" stamping and dealer's numbering verso margin.) |
Condition |
Nearly Excellent. Excellent colors. Clean front and verso; full, original margins. (Faint
spot lower/right; soft crease upper/right margin--otherwise flawless.) |
