Impression Very Fine. Nicely executed "bokashi" shading to background and to fish; soft gold "metallic pigment" gold "metallic pigment" highlights to fish; baren "sujizuri" (circles) to background; much fine detailing.
Condition Excellent. Wide original margins. Clean and verso--tiny "Made in Japan" stamping verso. (No flaws noted.)

Comments Beautiful underwater image--Soseki was a contemporary of Koson, producing exquisite "kacho-e" prints of the highest quality.
