A boldly printed "carp windsock" design--set against a strongly woodgrained
background with Mt. Fuji below. In Japan, these "carp windsocks"
are widely flown May 5th "Children's Day." NO two copies are alike--printed
in a variety of colors.
Sept 2013 UPDATE: Clark's "Koi Nobori" was selected for the CWAJ Show's 2014 Annual Catalog
as their May 2014 Calendar image.
Once full edition of 80 prints completed, Clark "strikes his initials" into the
block's face to ensure NO future printings. |
